SCHEDULEN.I.DESCRIPTION OF THE DOCK

  • The premises conveyed and assigned to the Ministry of Commerce by Indenture dated the seventh day of December, nineteen hundred and twenty-five, and made between the Honourable Walter John Harry Boyle, Senior Official Receiver in Bankruptcy, of the one part and the said Ministry of the other part, and consisting of the inside dock described in the said Indenture.

    The premises conveyed to the Ministry of Commerce by Indenture dated the twenty-fifth day of March, nineteen hundred and twenty-seven, and made between William Hosking, of Ardglass of the one part and the said Ministry of the other part, being part of the lands of Ardglass containing one acre and eleven perches statute measure or thereabouts, as more particularly described in the said Indenture, together with all houses, buildings and erections thereon and the appurtenances belonging or appertaining thereto.
