And be it further enacted by the Authority aforesaid That if there be a Parliament in being at the Time of the Death of Her Majesty Her Heirs or Successors but the same happens to be separated by Adjournment or Prorogation such Parliament shall imediately after such Demise meet convene and sit and shall act notwithstanding such Death or Demise . . .
