SCHEDULE 2 E+W Treatment of Holding Deposit

Requirement to repay holding deposit E+W

3 E+W Subject as follows, the person who received the holding deposit must repay it if—

(a) the parties enter into the contract before the deadline for agreement, or

(b) the parties fail to enter into the contract before the deadline for agreement.
