Leasehold Reform, Housing and Urban Development Act 1993 (c. 28) E+W

1 E+W In paragraph 1(2) of Schedule 10 to the Leasehold Reform, Housing and Urban Development Act 1993 (acquisition of interests from local authorities)—

(a) in paragraph (ba), for “sections 9 and” substitute “ section ”;

(b) in paragraph (c), omit “and section 81 of that Act (certain subsequent disposals); and”.
