This Part (except section 76 and Schedule 23) comes into force on the day after the day on which this Act receives Royal Assent.

The remaining provisions of this Act come into force on such day as the Welsh Ministers may appoint by order made by statutory instrument.

An order under subsection (2) may appoint different days for different purposes.
