PART 1 E+W ESTABLISHMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS WALES

31 (1) The Welsh Ministers may make grants to Qualifications Wales of such amounts and subject to such terms and conditions (including as to repayment) as they may determine. E+W

(2) The Welsh Ministers must publish any terms and conditions to which grants made under sub-paragraph (1) are subject.
