SCHEDULE 1 QUALIFICATIONS WALES

PART 1 ESTABLISHMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS WALES

Procedure

25 The validity of proceedings of Qualifications Wales, of a committee or sub-committee established under paragraph 17, or of a joint committee or a joint sub-committee, is not affected by—

(a) a vacancy;

(b) a defective appointment.
