SCHEDULE 1 E+W QUALIFICATIONS WALES

PART 1 E+W ESTABLISHMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS WALES

The chief executive and other staff E+W

10 (1) The first person appointed as chief executive is to be appointed by the Welsh Ministers— E+W

(a) on such terms and conditions (including conditions as to remuneration, allowances and pension) as the Welsh Ministers determine, and

(b) for a term of up to three years.

(2) Subsequent appointments (or reappointments) of a person as chief executive are to be made by Qualifications Wales.
