Housing Act 1985 E+W

1 E+W In paragraph 4 of Schedule 1 to the Housing Act 1985 (tenancies which are not secure tenancies), after “(homelessness)” insert “ or Part 2 of the Housing (Wales) Act 2014 (homelessness) ”.
