The power of the court under section 44 to suspend the enforcement of an order extends to any order made but not executed before the commencement of this Part.

Nothing in this Part affects the operation of section 13 of the Compulsory Purchase Act 1965.

The Protection from Eviction Act 1977 does not apply to any premises consisting of a mobile home stationed on a protected site.
