Pre-commencement offences to count for certain purposes E+W

6 E+W The reference in subsection (4)(b) of section 18 to the offence under subsection (1) of that section includes an offence under section 9 of the Caravan Sites and Control of Development Act 1960 in relation to a site licence under that Act in relation to the same land.
