CHAPTER 4 E+W AGREEMENTS RELATING TO PERMANENT PITCHES ON LOCAL AUTHORITY GYPSY AND TRAVELLER SITES

The pitch fee E+W

49 E+W When determining the amount of the new pitch fee no regard may be had to—

(a) any costs incurred by the owner in connection with expanding the protected site, or

(b) any costs incurred by the owner in relation to the conduct of proceedings under this Part or the agreement.
