Section 40 (documents relating to police and crime commissioners and chief constables) is amended as follows.

For each reference to “Assembly” substitute “Welsh Ministers”.

In subsection (1), for “receives a copy of a report under section 22(5) or (6)” substitute “makes a report under section 22”.
