Section 17 (general duties of auditors) is amended as follows.

In subsection (2), for “An auditor must” substitute “ The Auditor General for Wales must ”.

Omit subsections (3) and (4).

Accordingly, the heading of section 17 becomes “ General duties on audit of accounts ”.
