The Equality Act 2010 is amended as follows.

In paragraph 4 of Schedule 11 (single-sex schools turning co-educational)—
a
in sub-paragraph (2) for the words from “paragraph 22” to “1998” substitute “
section 82 of, or Part 3 of Schedule 3 to, the School Standards and Organisation (Wales) Act 2013
”

omit sub-paragraph (5).
