Paragraph 17 of Schedule 7 to the Environment Act 1995 (documents, notices, records, byelaws etc) is amended as follows.

In sub-paragraph 2(e) after “Act,” insert “ in the case of National Park authorities in England, ”.

In sub-paragraph (5) after “National Park authority” insert “ in England ”.
