Provyded alwayes that this acte shall not be prejudiciall to the Archebisshop of Yorke or to any Bisshoppe Prelate of this Realme; but that they may lawfully (not withstondyng [X1this] acte) dispence in all cases in which they were wonte to dispence by the commen lawe or custome of this Realme afore the makyng of this acte.
